Being situated in the midst of forest and near Mudumalai national park, the location of this hotel is really close to the nature and offers plenty of opportunities to witness the wildlife. the spacious and comfortable rooms and well-maintained bathrooms are among its strongest points. the excellent room service and buffet-style breakfast are also worth mentioning.
The limited dining options may disappoint the guests who prefer more variety in their food.

This hotel is such an amazing place! I enjoyed my stay here as I felt one with nature. The location is perfect as it is located right in the woods with a great view of the surrounding. The staff was so friendly and accommodating, making me feel at home the entire time. Transport and parking facilities were excellent, and the open dining area was amazing, giving me an excellent opportunity to socialize with other guests. The breakfast was so delicious, I almost skipped lunch! Cleanliness was top-notch, and hotel facilities well-maintained, creating an inviting and peaceful atmosphere.
Didn’t dislike anything about the property.

This farm and guest house is just what we needed for a relaxing weekend away. The property is surrounded by nature and we were able to see plenty of animals during our stay. We especially loved the horses and other farm animals that were on site. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, making sure that we had everything we needed. We also appreciated the fact that there were plenty of activities to do, such as ATV driving and horse riding. The location was great, offering beautiful views of the surrounding hills.
The rooms could use some updating as they appeared a bit outdated. we found that there was not a wide variety of food options available.

One of the highlights of my stay at this hotel was the incredible location. Situated in the midst of a forest, the hotel is surrounded by the natural beauty of Bandipur National Park. It was truly a unique experience to wake up to the sight of deer grazing right outside my window.
All was in order, nothing to be improved upon.

I had a truly delightful stay at this hotel. The attention to detail was remarkable, from the warm welcome email to the thoughtful presence of a restroom in the play area. The room was equipped with everything we could possibly need, including AC, cooler, fan, water purifier, refrigerator. The staff were extremely courteous and the location was ideal, adjacent to the Mudumalai forest, allowing us to enjoy the beauty of nature. Another highlight was the delicious and varied breakfast served each morning, ensuring a great start to the day. Furthermore, the property itself was sprawling and had a homely touch, with spacious rooms and a inviting sit out area with 4 beds.
Everything was more than satisfactory.

Enjoyed Easter break in the lap of nature with family. Loved the vast open spaces which offered spectacular views of mist-shrouded hills and allowed us to engage in outdoor activities like horse riding and ATV rides. the food was tasty and had plenty of options to choose from. the rooms were spacious and clean, and we had comfortable sleep.
The location was a bit hard to reach due to the rough dirt road leading to the hotel, but once there, the views and fresh air made it worth it. some of the outdoor activities were not included in the room rate, and we had to pay extra for them.
